Built by Haldız Construction on Atatürk Avenue in Sahrayıcedit, Kadıköy, one of the most valuable areas of Istanbul, Levent Apartment Building consists of 28 apartments and 1 commercial unit. Built with a luxury housing concept, the project uses precast GFRC façade cladding with a service life of 100 years. The earthquake-resistant precast system also provides high sound and heat insulation; it is first-class non-combustible and requires no painting.
