Which data we process and why

• Contact form: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number and your message, in order to answer your request and to keep a record of the correspondence.
• Job application form: identity and contact details, education and work experience, the CV you upload and the other information you provide, in order to evaluate your application and to contact you about suitable positions.
• Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser information and visit logs, for the security and operation of the website; visit statistics only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) (taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request), 5(2)(ç) (compliance with legal obligations) and 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering requests and keeping the website secure) of KVKK; analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (Article 5(1)).

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the authorized staff of Haldız Construction and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with the service providers that host our website and e-mail infrastructure in Türkiye and, where legally required, with authorized public institutions.

Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the applicable legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under Article 7, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
